Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in patients
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
Conduct modified video swallow studies
Provide speech therapy services to primarily adult inpatient acute care patients and premature infants in the NICU

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current CCC-SLP certification
Experience working with adult inpatient acute care and pediatric populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Speech therapy techniques and modalities
Swallow studies and dysphagia management
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Communication and interpersonal skills
