Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, and update patient therapeutic status
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans
Instruct patients and families in therapeutic appliance use
Report patient progress to physicians
Supervise homemakers and home health aides

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
BLS certification required
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills

Education

Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy assessment and evaluation
Treatment planning and implementation
Patient education and communication
Documentation and record-keeping
