Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday and every 3rd weekend, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg/Tele unit
Work with patients who have mental illness and secondary psychiatric diagnoses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care plans as needed
Participate in unit-specific orientation and training

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS and ACLS certifications
MedSurg/Tele experience required
Psychiatric experience preferred
Pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

MedSurg/Tele nursing skills
Psychiatric nursing skills
Dysrhythmia exam
BLS and ACLS certifications
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - Cerner
