Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments for patients in home health setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current ND Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Home Health experience preferred
OASIS training preferred

Education

Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy skills
Home health experience
OASIS training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
