Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Location: Sacramento, California

Start Date: 06-09-2026

End Date: 09-08-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Varied start times between 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM, 8-hour shifts, scheduled 4 weeks in advance. Weekend requirement: one call weekend/month (Friday 5:30 PM - Monday 6:30 AM). Weekday call: Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM. At least two weekend calls/month and six weekday night calls.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in endoscopy and procedural care unit
Participate in call coverage and weekend shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and reports
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Qualifications

Current RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
At least 1 year of experience in endoscopy
ERCP experience is a must
Telemetry experience with critical care preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Endoscopy and procedural care
Critical care and telemetry
Patient assessment and management
Communication and interpersonal skills
Electronic medical records (Cerner)
