Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Conduct start of care assessments, recertifications, and resumption of care visits
- Deliver 5-6 meaningful patient visits per day, making a real difference in each person's recovery journey
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and fellow therapists across sister agencies for support
- Complete safety evaluations and occasional teaching visits in hospice situations when needed
- Document patient progress using OASIS standards to ensure quality care coordination
Qualifications
- Current ND Physical Therapy License required
- BLS certification needed
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance essential
- Home Health experience and OASIS training strongly preferred
- First-time travelers welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy expertise in home health settings
- Comfortable working independently while having access to supportive clinical resources
- Strong communication skills for patient education and care coordination
- Ability to manage a 6.5 point daily caseload effectively
