Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility training to improve function
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Indiana (or compact license)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to follow treatment plans and modify as needed
• Proficiency in documenting patient care
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
