Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and home safety
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Adapt treatment techniques to meet individual patient needs

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license to practice in Texas
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in an outpatient or acute care setting
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Education

• Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and modalities
