Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures and adjustments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
• Provide a welcoming and comforting experience for patients

Qualifications

• Must be orthodontic certified (required)
• Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
• Active CPR certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in orthodontic techniques and equipment
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
