Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care
- Prepare patients for treatment by explaining procedures and taking dental x-rays
- Sterilize and organize instruments and maintain cleanliness of operatory rooms
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Manage patient records and update treatment plans using Denticon software
- Support the orthodontic team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be Orthodontic Assistant Certified (OAC)
- Experience as an orthodontic dental assistant is highly preferred
- Proficiency with Denticon or similar dental software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
- Familiarity with digital radiography and intraoral scanners
- Expertise in Denticon software for patient management
- Excellent chairside manner and patient interaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to infection control standards
