Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during exams and procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Take and process dental X-rays as directed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or eligible to obtain
- Valid X-ray certification in Maryland
- Previous orthodontic experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in sterilization and infection control protocols
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
