Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
- BLS certification required
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
