Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve their daily living skills
• Develop individualized treatment plans that make a real difference
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Document patient progress accurately and compassionately
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Maine or compact eligible
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OT preferred
• BLS certification required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and therapeutic modalities
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
