Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities
• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico or compact eligible
• At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent documentation and time management skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
