Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico (or compact eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience preferred
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records documentation
• Knowledge of occupational therapy modalities and evidence-based practice
