Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Monitor vital signs, telemetry strips, and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR)
