Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and process portable X-rays (DR/CR) at nursing homes and healthcare facilities, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation.
• Unload and transport mobile X-ray equipment, bringing your expertise directly to patients at their bedside.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images while providing a comfortable experience for each patient.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily to maintain accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and management to stay coordinated and responsive.
• Maintain your vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and top-notch performance.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification in Radiography (required)
• California State Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
• Valid driver's license in good standing (required)
• COVID-19 vaccination (booster) or approved exemption (required)
• Ability to safely push and pull mobile X-ray equipment, with 50-100 lbs of force required during shifts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical documentation and equipment maintenance
• Ability to work independently and navigate to various facilities
