Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed provider
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Take vital signs and record patient medical histories
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) required
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Competency in electronic health records
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent patient service skills
