Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in an ambulatory setting
• Assist healthcare providers with examinations and procedures
• Prepare patients for visits by taking vital signs and medical histories
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification required (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient clinic preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in taking vital signs and patient assessments
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality
