Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in a detention center setting
Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor vital signs
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans
Document patient progress accurately to ensure continuity of care
Promote a safe and healing environment for all

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Experience in correctional or acute care nursing preferred
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of detention center protocols and safety measures
Ability to handle high-stress situations with calm professionalism
