Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and the care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia or compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including 12.5-hour day shifts
• A passion for making a difference in patients' lives

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) charting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
