Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and cleanings
• Perform thorough oral exams and assess patient dental health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Support the dental team in delivering a comfortable patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in dental hygiene, ideally in a clinical setting
• Strong commitment to patient care and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Proficiency in dental software and patient records
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
