Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to keep patients smiling brighter
• Take and interpret dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Provide personalized oral hygiene education and preventive care tips
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clean, sterile treatment areas
• Partner closely with dentists to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work a 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift
• Previous experience in dental hygiene is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques, instruments, and infection control
• Proficiency in digital charting and dental software
• Excellent interpersonal skills for educating and comforting patients
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity
