Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients during their 30-minute appointments
• Perform professional cleanings and prophylaxis to support optimal oral health
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dental assistant and team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming treatment environment
• Document patient treatment and care accurately

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in 30-minute appointment intervals
• A passion for helping patients achieve healthy smiles

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Strong patient education and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and adherence to infection control standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Efficient time management skills for a fast-paced schedule
