Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to create effective care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all patients

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Must bring state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, professional demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and attention to detail
