Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and patience when caring for elderly or disabled residents
