Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
• Must be able to present a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Reliable transportation to the facility in Pennsburg, PA

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and personal care techniques
• Understanding of infection control and safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Attention to detail when documenting resident care
