Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with the rehab team to create and update individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and accurately document progress and changes
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals, safety, and self-care
• Uphold infection control and facility safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of New Mexico
• Current BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption
• Previous experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and provide valid identification

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of electronic health records and documentation standards
• Compassionate, patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability in a fast-paced rehab environment
