Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient care thoroughly and promptly
• Support patients and families with education and encouragement

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• A caring, positive attitude and team spirit

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Understanding of nursing care plans and interventions
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff
• Comfort with electronic health records
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
