Location: Woodsville, NH

Start Date: 05-21-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (exact start/end times and days to be provided during scheduling; orientation included)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in condition
Support safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to grow your skills
Help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Valid LNA license in New Hampshire (required)
Current CPR certification (preferable or obtain during orientation)
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Previous LNA/CNA experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an approved nursing assistant/LNA training program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care and ADLs
Comfortable taking and reporting vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Familiarity with charting and basic documentation
Good observational skills and ability to escalate concerns promptly
Reliable, punctual, and professional bedside manner
