Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing team
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire
• BLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care
• Comfortable with direct patient care and physical demands

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and patience when caring for residents
