Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and dignity
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration, promoting independence
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in Vermont and New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification preferred
• At least 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Comfortable working evening shifts and flexible with patient assignments
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Empathy and patience when working with elderly or ill residents
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
