Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure smooth coordination with other departments
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with administration on staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive, supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications

• Active RN license in West Virginia or a compact state
• Previous Director of Nursing or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build strong teams
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
• Current BLS/CPR certification
