Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleanings, exams, and patient education
- Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
- Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure optimal patient experience
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in Virginia
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
- Knowledge of dental software and patient records management
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
