Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and thorough dental hygiene care to every patient
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments with precision
• Educate patients on best practices for maintaining healthy teeth and gums
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver seamless care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Uphold strict infection control standards and sterilize instruments properly

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach with a positive attitude
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and periodontal therapy
• Comfort with dental software and digital imaging
• Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to educate patients with empathy and clarity
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
