Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and at-home care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and take dental radiographs as needed
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work per diem shifts with flexibility
• Previous dental hygiene experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental radiography and imaging
• Proficiency in dental software and record keeping
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Skill in patient education and chairside manner
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
