Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists during patient examinations and treatments
• Operate and maintain the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machine efficiently
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
• Run two columns (operatories) to ensure smooth patient flow
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment
• Document patient information and assist with charting
• Ensure a comfortable and safe experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygienist assistant is a plus
• Hands-on experience with GBT machine and running multiple operatory columns
• Certification in dental assisting (e.g., CDA, RDA) preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with GBT machine operations
• Ability to manage two columns simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail in sterilization and infection control
• Interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Time management and prioritization skills
