Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (4 ten-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT scans for patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort and safety during imaging procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver precise diagnostic images
Maintain imaging equipment and follow strict infection control protocols
Document patient histories and scan results in electronic medical records

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted CT Tech license in Maryland
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
NRP and TNCC certifications required
At least 1 year of recent CT tech experience preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in operating CT scanners and related software
Strong understanding of anatomy and imaging techniques
Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of radiation safety and dose reduction protocols
