Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate care
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately
• Help with feeding, ambulation, turning, and repositioning patients
• Perform hourly rounding and deliver basic patient care
• Serve as a patient sitter when needed
• Float to various hospital units based on staffing needs
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

• Active Washington CNA License required
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience
• Recent acute care hospital experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a hospital setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in EPIC charting
• Telemetry unit experience
• Acute care patient care skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
