Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation and personal hygiene needs
- Document care and observations accurately and timely in resident records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Active/valid CNA license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain before start)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy
- Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
- Compassionate demeanor, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamental resident care skills (bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility assistance)
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safety standards
- Clear verbal and written communication with residents and team members
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Comfortable using electronic or paper charting systems as required
