Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients on a med-surg and telemetry unit
• Monitor and document vital signs for patients at a med-tele level of care
• Perform PIV and foley removals with precision and patient comfort in mind
• Float across St. Joseph Region Two facilities as needed to support patient care
• Collaborate with charge nurses and the healthcare team to deliver the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Washington State
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience
• Experience with vital signs and med-tele level of care
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• COVID-19 vaccine required for this assignment
