Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Help with safe transfers, mobility support, and positioning to promote comfort and dignity
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents receive food and fluids as prescribed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude toward resident-centered care
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but new grads welcome
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and active state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic patient care and ADL assistance
- Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
- Able to document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Comfortable with safe transfer techniques and mobility assistance
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident dignity and privacy
