Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to the nursing team
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes healing
• Communicate compassionately with patients and their families
• Document patient information accurately and collaborate with healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Compassionate heart and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior CNA experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care best practices and safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and support patients
• Adaptability to work in various healthcare settings
• Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse patient populations
