Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in taking and recording vital signs
• Understanding of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of infection control and hygiene standards
