Shift Type: Per diem, flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed; 12.5-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients as required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in taking and recording vital signs
- Understanding of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of infection control and hygiene standards
