Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meals, mobility, and toileting needs
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Engage residents in activities and conversations to promote well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for all patients

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in New Mexico (or compact state)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and some weekends
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting
