Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with the care team
Contribute to a clean, safe environment by following infection control practices

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active or eligible to hold a Pennsylvania CNA credential
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work a 4-hour shift schedule
Basic documentation/charting skills and comfort with electronic or paper records
Pass a background check and required health screenings (TB, immunizations) per facility policy

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-centered care and interpersonal skills
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility support
Basic vital signs measurement and observation of clinical changes
Infection control principles and safe work practices
Good communication and teamwork with nurses and support staff
