Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with facility

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe and comfortable mobility, transfers and positioning
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene while promoting independence
Document care delivered accurately and timely in resident charts
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans
Help maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain)
Demonstrated patient care experience or clinical training preferred
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate attitude and dedication to resident dignity and safety

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with activities of daily living and basic patient care
Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations to nursing staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
