Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Engage with residents to promote emotional well-being and social interaction

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to lift and transfer patients using proper body mechanics
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is helpful
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
