Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in daily living activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Support residents' emotional and social needs with kindness

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts including NOC
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Skill in using assistive devices and equipment
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to follow care plans accurately
