Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and repositioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Previous CNA experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients safely
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
